What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Pro Shop Assistant position at HHHunt?
Hunting Hawk Golf Club is seeking a new member for our team. The Golf Pro Shop Assistant is responsible for providing customer service interactions including booking tee times, checking in golfers, selling merchandise, and cleaning and stocking the Golf Shop.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Administer point of sales transactions and maintain the day-to-day golf reservation systems by reserving tee times, checking in customers, and receiving payments
- Assist with golf range services by ensuring the driving range is set up and broken down daily and monitoring the cleanliness of the driving range
- Accurately reconcile cash register sales with daily sales reports
- Maintain records of daily play on golf course and other data
- Assist with maintaining the data management system within the point-of-sales software
- Maintain a fully stocked golf professional store by stocking merchandise as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service skills
- Interpersonal verbal communication
- Detail-oriented

HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. The hourly rate for this position starts at $14.40/hr and may increase depending on skills and experience.
