WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and implement creative social media plans and strategies to maintain and strengthen HHHunt's online presence.

Maintain collaborative working relationships with Marketing Team and business area leaders.

Manage social media campaigns for all HHHunt business areas.

Manage social media vendors , contracts and budget for social media content.

Create and coordinate engaging content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team and business area leaders to plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with HHHunt's brand identity and objectives.

Monitor and analyze the performance of social media initiatives and campaigns , providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Respond to social media comments , messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Foster positive engagement with followers and actively manage the HHHunt social media community.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

High-School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience / education in social media, marketing, or advertising is required or 4-year college degree in media, marketing, or related field is required and 2 years of experience / education in social media, marketing, or advertising is required.

Experience with Hootsuite, Creator Studio, Canva and Wrike a plus.

Strong understanding of social media channels and their respective best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media content creation, including graphic design and copywriting.

Ability to interpret social media analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Collaborative in working towards common goals.

Results based and deadline driven.

Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.

Strategic planner as it pertains to marketing.

Willingness to accommodate after-hours work as needed for social media engagement.

HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. The annual base salary for this position starts at $49,500 and may increase depending on skills and experience.
