WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Responsible for leading prospective customers through beginning of homebuying process within assigned communities and assist throughout the full customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals and standards within assigned communities
- Serve as primary point of contact with customers from contract to close to achieve a successful customer experience
- Generate traffic for communities through realtor outreach, collaborating with Marketing department, and following up with past prospects
- Monitor and record data within the sales platform and prepare periodic reports in a timely manner
REQUIREMENTS
- High School degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience in homebuilding, sales, customer service, or related field required
- Active North Carolina Real Estate license and knowledge of the Wilmington area required
- Demonstrated ability to close sales in a professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to provide a successful customer experience within a deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to adapt to change by acquiring and mastering new skills
- Must be able to work weekends, some holidays, and some evenings

The New Home Advisor is compensated on a straight commission basis per the New Home Advisor Compensation Agreement.
