WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Real Estate Analyst Intern, your focus will be in learning and developing skills and supporting three key business units:
- Land Acquisition / Entitlement
- Communities Development and HOA
- Finance/Accounting
REQUIREMENTS
- Working toward a 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
- Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience with successfully meeting deadlines.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and problem solving
- Project management skills and abilities capable of balancing multiple and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision
