What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience Agent position at HHI Rentals?
Our Customer Experience Representative is part of our Office Team ensuring our customers have a good experience and the office runs smoothly.
To be eligible for the CER position, one needs a high school diploma or a GED. Other criteria include knowledge of office management, along with the ability to provide excellent customer services. Your leadership qualities will also count for a lot when you’re working as you will be an important part of ensuring our operations and delivery team members are efficient and effective at their work.
Some main duties of the CER position including the following:
- A friendly phone personality
- Help customers in choosing the right bikes and accessories by providing expert opinion
- Provide care and maintenance information to customers
- Enter orders into the rental system and complete all paperwork and system updates promptly and accurately.
- Maintain efficient work and service areas
- Arrive on time and as scheduled for work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
