What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Tax Accountant position at HHM CPAs?
HHM CPAs is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant for our Cleveland, TN office to assist with preparing individual, partnership, S-corp and other business tax returns as we continue to grow our presence in Cleveland.
This role is onsite in Cleveland, TN.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax returns with varying levels of complexity to generate solutions and exceed client expectations
- Complete extensive tax research and act as a resource to clients and staff
- Achieve sustained value by originating and/or maintaining client relationships for the firm
- Continuously expand your knowledge and expertise by taking on more complex projects
Your Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience in public accounting firms combined with advanced academic qualifications; active CPA
- 3-5 years years of public accounting experience
- Proficiency with tax software such as ProSystems, CCH, RIA, and/or Engagement Manager
- Experience with the tax aspects of business transaction issues, individual returns, partnerships, trusts, and estate

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
