Essential Job Functions
- Assist in creating and updating internal databases and job aids
- Assist in data entry between bank platforms and internal accounting platform
- Assist in manual transaction entry
- Handle valid vendor inquiries timely and completely to ensure a high level of customer service to external customers
- Practice safe work habits
- Perform other duties as requested by management
Position Requirements
- Recent graduate or working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum two years of coursework completed.
Work Environment and Context
- Required to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, reach, use hands and fingers to operate keyboard.
- Overtime may be required.
