HMM Talent is seeking a highly skilled New Car Sales Manager to join our client's dealer group based in Hammond, LA.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership-
- Drive sales performance by leading a team of sales associates.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Sales Training & Development-
- Enhance sales team skills through regular training sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide expert guidance to the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management-
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Sales Process Management-
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
- Collaborate with finance and insurance teams to ensure smooth transitions for customers.
Inventory & Pricing Management-
- Maintain proper stock levels of vehicles in collaboration with the inventory team.
- Establish competitive pricing strategies for new and used vehicles.
Sales Reporting & Analysis-
- Analyze and report on sales performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement using data analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a dealership setting.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales with a successful track record of managing a sales team.
- Experience with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and inventory management systems.
