Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Conduct physical examinations and assess patients’ health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions.
- Implement aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Assist in memory care programs for patients with cognitive impairments.
- Provide family planning education and support as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Participate in travel nursing assignments as required by the organization.
- Support patients in long-term care settings, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in senior care or long-term care environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatment is a plus.
- Strong skills in medical documentation and record keeping.
- Knowledge of physical examinations and assessment techniques.
- Ability to apply aseptic techniques effectively in clinical settings.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and families.
- A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Willingness to travel for nursing assignments when necessary.
