MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of repairs, while preserving the condition and functionality of assigned properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems
- Maintain and repair heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
- Painting and maintenance of apartments after move out.
- Cleaning apartments after move out.
- Perform service orders.
- Maintain property grounds following company standards
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs as needed to keep up to company's standards.
- Customer service: professional, prompt and courteous correspondence with tenants in job performance.
- Compliance with safety, company's policies and procedures.
- Participate in After Hour On Call issues.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.

- Knowledge and experience of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
- Ability to work well with others and by yourself.
- Manual dexterity and problem solving skills.
- Regularly required to physically be able to walk and inspect properties appearance on a routine and arrange for maintenance according to company standards.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, or move up to 30 pounds to assist maintenance personnel.
- Kneeling, climbing, twisting, and bending.
JOB: FULL TIME
PAY: $22.00-$25.00 per hour/DOE
