Maintenance Tech We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our facility management team Perform routine and general maintenance at our beautiful campus located in Dripping Springs. Perform repairs and provide support for plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions. Responsibilities Perform minor and major repairs and preventative maintenance on all building mechanical equipment and facilities Perform a variety of plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions Duties may include but are not limited to diagnosing problems, and repairing locks, doors, hinges, furniture, and other miscellaneous items. Lawn Services include mowing, weed-eating, tree trimming, and hauling. Also, the repair and painting of interior surfaces Assist in keeping the grounds neat and free of trash Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklist of building maintenance Maintain accurate records of scheduled maintenance procedures Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform GED or high school diploma Preferred : Maintenance experience (plumbing, carpenter, construction, facilities management) Physical Requirements Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job (hand and power tools, electric meters, and material-handling equipment) Benefits We offer flexible schedules, excellent training, competitive wages, work-life balance, job satisfaction, and promotion opportunities.
