Cafe Retail Manager Job Summary:

• Maintain accurate records of department sales and costs

Skills and Qualifications:

• Service-oriented mentality with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in retail food management, preferably in quick-serve restaurants or fine dining
• 3 years of management experience
• Familiarity with various point of sale (POS)/register systems
