Workday Integrations Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Engineer with extensive expertise in Workday to join our dynamic team. This role is critical as we transition to Workday as our primary system, and your in-depth knowledge of Workday will be essential in leading the migration and redevelopment of our existing integration solutions.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors. Beyond the migration, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing our Workday system and its integrations, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Additionally, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs, while providing ongoing support for our internally developed applications during and beyond this transformative phase.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Web Services (WWS).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Develop and maintain complex Workday integration workflows to integrate with various internal and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high performance and system reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, if required.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure data integrity and process automation.
- Ability to work remotely, maintain productivity, and be available for meetings and collaboration during normal working hours.
- Adhere to best practices in data security and compliance best practices, ensuring that integration solutions meet industry standards and organizational policies.
- Manage and monitor to ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of all integrations while periodically reviewing code to optimize where applicable.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Workday and integration technologies to enhance system capabilities continuously.
