Position Responsibilities :
As an RBT at our Columbus clinic , you'll play a key role in helping children reach their developmental goals. Responsibilities include :
- Providing ABA therapy to assist children in developing essential skills and improving behaviors.
- Following individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs or other qualified health professionals.
- Documenting client progress , including collecting data, writing session notes, and managing timesheets.
- Building strong relationships with clients and families, working collaboratively to ensure therapy goals are met.
- Communicating with supervisors on case updates, scheduling, and any changes in availability.
- Participating in team meetings and supervision sessions to stay aligned with treatment goals.
- Maintaining professional conduct , respecting client confidentiality, and adhering to professional boundaries.
