Complete maintenance tasks, diagnostics, and general repairs, adhering to manufacturer standards. Repair or replace mechanical, electrical, and technology components. Provide accurate time and parts estimates for repair / maintenance. Properly prepare and complete repair order documentation. Operate shop equipment, including wheel and tire machines, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, and A / C equipment. Maintain a clean, organized shop and account for dealership-owned tools. Stay up to date on new technical information and advanced techniques through training sessions. Perform additional tasks as assigned based on skills and certifications. Qualifications - Automotive Technician : Experience : Minimum 1 - 3 years in automotive repair, ideally with luxury or high-performance vehicles. Education : High school diploma or GED. Versatile in tasks and skilled in minor diagnostics and repairs. Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills. Proficient with shop equipment, including alignment and diagnostic tools. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and current residency.
