Your Responsibilities:
- Inspect luxury and high-performance vehicles, diagnose problems, and perform quality repairs.
- Complete maintenance tasks, including recalls, diagnostics, and general repairs, adhering to manufacturer standards.
- Repair or replace mechanical, electrical, and technology components.
- Provide accurate time and parts estimates for repair/maintenance.
- Operate shop equipment, including wheel and tire machines, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, and A/C equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized shop and account for dealership-owned tools.
- Stay up-to-date on new technical information and advanced techniques through training sessions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned based on skills and certifications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in automotive repair, ideally with luxury or high-performance vehicles.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
Skills:
- Versatile in tasks and skilled in diagnostics and repairs.
- Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with shop equipment, including alignment and diagnostic tools.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and current residency.
- Must pass pre-employment background checks and MVR.
