Key Responsibilities:
- Apply crop production products, nutrients, and herbicides accurately and efficiently
- Maintain custom application equipment, trucks, and pickups in excellent working condition
- Collaborate with the delivery support team to optimize product delivery and application
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in agronomy, crop production, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Drivers License or CDL that meets state requirements for equipment operation
