This position will support the company’s collection efforts at our home office and national distribution center in the Dallas/Framer’s Branch area.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication between customers and account managers
- A proven track record in the areas of soft collections
- Previous experience in collections, sales, or call center environment preferred
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude in a cross-functional organization
- No revolving shifts, standard business hours
- No high-pressure quotas to meet, work within a supportive team environment
- Ability to make inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Document actions taken on account in a concise manner
- Evaluate, collect, and monitor accounts for collectability
- Review returned mail
