Essential Functions

Business Development Support:
- Proposal Generation: Work closely with the business development team to prepare RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, including assembling necessary documentation, coordinating input from various departments, and ensuring timely submission
- CRM Management: Oversee and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring that data is accurate, up-to-date, and that leads and opportunities are tracked Assist with CRM reporting and analysis.
- Reporting: Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on BD metrics, lead generation efforts, and sales funnel performance to senior leadership.
- Travel Coordination: Assist in booking travel and accommodations for the business development and marketing team attending trade shows, client meetings, and industry
- Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Business Development, this individual would periodically assist in creating executive level presentations for senior leadership meetings
Marketing Support:
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post content across company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to promote services, events, and thought leadership.
- Ad Creation: Work with design and creative teams to develop marketing collateral, including online ads, print ads, flyers, and brochures.
- Event Planning: Assist with organizing and coordinating marketing and BD events, including trade shows, client dinners, sponsorships, and Oversee logistics, booth setups, and promotional materials.
- Content Management: Maintain marketing calendars, assist in content creation, and track marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing
- General Administrative Duties:
- Calendar & Scheduling: Support scheduling for both departments, including meetings, calls, and deadlines.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and service providers (designers, printers, etc.) to ensure the timely delivery of marketing and BD materials.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor marketing and BD- budgets to ensure campaigns and events remain within financial limits.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the aviation or related industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce preferred) and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Familiarity with marketing design tools (e.g., In-Design, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects Canva, Adobe Suite) is desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of

This job operates in a professional office environment.
Physical Demands.
This is largely a position that requires office and physical work demands. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, bend or stand as necessary, kneel, twist, lift, use tools, drive for long periods of time, and continue to change from sitting to standing.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The typical workdays and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, evenings and weekends may be required.

Required Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related
