H I Management, a seasoned property management company, is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill a Maintenance Technician position for an apartment community in Lafayette, IN. (74 apartment homes in total).

The Maintenance Technician will:
Handle all work assignments in a timely, professional manner.
Performs routine preventative maintenance.
Handle all turnovers of vacant apartments, including cleaning, painting, drywall, lock changes, light plumbing, and other general maintenance repairs.
Maintain property appearance including community grounds, common areas on a daily basis.
Perform general repairs to buildings and apartment homes.
Perform snow removal duties as needed.
*Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year experience in multifamily maintenance and EPA not required but preferred. Must be personable, professional, dedicated and very handy. Mechanical ability, as well as knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Must be able to work at least a 40-hour work week and be available for rotating weekends and emergency needs for after hour service calls.
