Assistant Property Manager~ Closed Weekends (Coolspring Estates)

HI Management, a seasoned property management company is seeking a highly qualified and motivated candidate to fill an Assistant Property Manager position in Michigan City, IN. This property is the home base for the position with 130 units and there are 3 other smaller properties in close proximity that total 51 additional units.

This is a position with room for growth for those who prove to be self-starters and team players. The ideal candidate is strong in Customer Service, Yardi, Outreach Marketing and Leasing. Position Details:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will guide people through the process of becoming a resident from the time they inquire about living with us to the time they move in. You will continue the relationship by taking care of their needs to ensure a high quality of community living and feeling of home.

• Lease available apartments Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service Build lasting relationships with residents Renew existing leases Stay abreast of Fair Housing laws and regulations Ensure property site conditions are impeccable Conduct market research and assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programs Use Yardi software to enter information and pull various reports Additional projects and/​or duties as assigned by the Property Manager

Qualifications:

Position requires at least one year in property management experience, and exceptional customer service experience. Computer skills , word processing, great communication both written and verbal, Yardi software experience would be a plus.
