This is a LIHTC property and project-based section 8. One year of project-based section 8, and one year of tax-credit is required for this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION:
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for maintaining the community to be inviting and welcoming to all prospective and current residents and ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times. Also responsible for inputting service requests, apartment tours, and rental applications, lease paperwork, assisting with collections, marketing, renewals, etc. Must maintain a positive attitude and take pride in the property. Provide excellent customer service and communication to our residents and prospects. Maintain a neat and organized rental office. Assist in keeping the property grounds trash-free.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of LIHTC experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
