HI Management is in search of an experienced multi-family professional with a dynamic personality to fill the position of Assistant Property Manager in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Position Details:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will fully support the Property Manager in all functions, such as, accounting functions, overflow leasing of apartments, assist applicants through the process of becoming a resident from the time they inquire about living with us until such time as they move in. Preparing and executing lease agreements, assist in financial procedures and record keeping. You will continue building that relationship by addressing their needs to ensure a high quality of community living and a feeling of home. Qualifications:
- At least two years in multi-family.
- Excellent customer service.
- Ability to connect with people.
- Positive "can-do" attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong administrative abilities
- Strong computer literacy. (Yardi a plus)
- The ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
- Must be able to work a 40-hour work week.
- Reliable transportation required
- Pass a background check.
