Position Details:
As a Leasing Agent, you will guide applicants through the process of becoming a resident from the time they inquire about an apartment and until they move in. You will continue building that relationship by addressing their needs to ensure a high quality of community living and a feeling of home. We want to strive to provide our valued residents with outstanding customer service including property curb appeal that is second to none. As the Leasing Agent, you will conduct market research, assist with business outreach marketing, and take part in resident activities.
Qualifications:
- Sales and customer service experience - apartment leasing experience is a plus.
- Ability to connect with a variety of people.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Motivation to succeed.
- The ability to work well independently as well as within a team setting.
- A positive attitude, and the desire to learn and develop your skills.
- Computer skills and word processing skills are necessary.
- Must be able to work at least a 40-hour work week.
- Active and valid driver’s license is required.
