HI Management, a seasoned property management company is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill a Property Manager position in Michigan City, IN.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: The primary responsibility of the Property Manager is overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of residential properties and resident satisfaction. Additional duties and responsibilities to provide proper staffing and training necessary to professionally administer the operational responsibilities for the properties that are assigned to them. Responsibilities include marketing, leasing, team motivation, budgeting, cash management and strong resident relations, collect rents, report variances, financial reporting, inspect vacant apartments, contracting services with vendors. The position requires diverse skills, professionalism and commitment. Reports directly to the Area Manager.
Qualifications
Property Management experience required. Computer skills and word processing skills are necessary. Must be able to work at least a 40-hour work week and be available to fulfill staffing needs. Must be able to pass a background check.
