A seasoned property management company is seeking an experienced Property Manager for 58-unit apartment community in Bluffton, IN. Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Must have at least 1 year of LIHTC and Section experience. YARDI experience prefferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: The primary responsibility of the Property Manager is to oversee the daily operations and management of the property. Responsibilities include resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Prepare and execute lease agreements and resident renewals. Marketing, budgeting, collection of rent payments, and strong resident relations. The position reports to the Area Manager.
Qualifications
Property Management experience required. Proficient in property management software (Yardi preferred), familiarity with Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC. Strong knowledge of property leasing and best practices, understanding of property maintenance standards, exceptional relationship building skills.
