Hi Noon Hospitality is hiring very dynamic Payroll, Compliance & Benefits Manager to join our team!
Join the Hi Noon team of Buck & Rider and Ingo's Tasty Food, where we are committed to delivering exceptional holistic dining experiences across all our locations. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll, Compliance and Benefits Manager who is passionate about the end-to-end ownership of payroll processes, benefits management, tax and compliance. This role will serve as a vital member of the team and will work out of our office in Scottsdale, AZ.
The ideal candidate will have a prior history of owning all aspects of the payroll process, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, partner well cross-functionally, and have a flexible, can-do approach.
You will support both our Buck & Rider locations (3) and our Ingo’s Tasty Food locations (3).
Day in the Life:
- Oversee and manage the payroll functions (Greenlink/iSolved) for the company, ensuring accurate and timely processing on a weekly schedule.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax filing requirements.
- Accurate payroll processing of employee pay, deductions and taxes to include, but not limited to bonuses, reimbursements per diem travel incentives, etc.).
- Serve as the main point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries issues and new initiatives.
- Implement and maintain payroll systems ensuring compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Provide training and support to new Managers fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and procedures.
- Conduct thorough audits and reconciliations of payroll transactions encompassing benefits and paid time off.
- Ensures end-of-year processes are completed accurately and timely, including auditing of form W-2 and other tax documents and delivery.
- Manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other employee perks and benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquires, changes, and eligibility.
- Maintain relationships with benefits providers to ensure the company offers competitive and cost-effective benefit plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related changes (i.e. family status changes, terminations, etc.)
- Maintain strong focus on employee relations and communication, ensuring that all inquiries related to payroll are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Monitor legislative changes affecting payroll, ensuring timely updates to processes and policies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Payroll, Compliance or Benefits Manager
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CCP).
- 3 years' experience with payroll processing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll compliance, benefits regulations, tax regulations and wage/hour laws.
- Greenlink/iSolved and Paylocity or similar software experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively across functions and levels throughout the company.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively and accurately.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
