We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer based on needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, assisting them in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and financial constraints, offering tailored vehicle recommendations.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
- Stay up to date on new vehicle models, inventory, and promotions to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Manage customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
- Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales lot and showroom, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales (automotive or retail experience preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage customers, identify their needs, and close sales.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, driven to meet and exceed goals.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computers and sales software (training provided).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
