We are seeking an experienced technical leader to fill the Director, Healthcare Technology Management position at a large healthcare facility in Zanesville, OH. This role will involve overseeing a wide range of medical equipment, providing hands-on technical expertise, and driving process improvements to optimize team performance.
Candidates should have a proven track record in managing healthcare technology services and a thorough understanding of medical equipment operations. This position will collaborate closely with regional HTM leaders, with a primary focus on optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes and the overall success of the organization.
This is an onsite position and relocation assistance is available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement policies and programs to deliver biomedical equipment and support while providing the highest quality services
- Ensure accuracy of inventory records
- Collaborate with other leaders to plan and develop strategies related to medical equipment such as installation, cybersecurity, and technical support
- Implement new technology to improve patient experience and outcome
- Provide learning and professional development opportunities for your team
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.
- Experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare setting.
- Experience managing healthcare technology services.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
- Executive-level experience, including interaction with C-suite leaders.
