What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Training Area Sales Manager position at Hi-Rise Fitness?
Hi-Rise Fitness is the nation's largest luxury apartment Personal Training company. Since 2017, we've provided world-class Personal Training in the convenience of our clients' apartment gyms and are now in more than 15 major cities. We are looking for an Area Sales Manager in your market. We've got connections with lots of the biggest property management companies in the area already. ASM's go into luxury apartment buildings (direction and training on who to ask for and what to say is provided before you start) and speak with leasing teams about using Hi-Rise Fitness as an amenity in their building. We don't charge the buildings anything to have our services, and we are fully licensed and insured so there is no liability. The leasing teams use us a value added amenity to create more value for their buildings. Once services are introduced, leads start pouring in, and the ASM shows up and signs the resident up for Personal Training.
ASM's receive a 100% commission on anything they sell. The average payment collected during the sale is $560. Our average ASM enrolls 12-15 new clients per month. There are also monthly unit bonuses. Pay is 1099 so no taxes are withheld.
Our CEO will be managing the new ASM's directly and is extremely hands on. He is a fitness mogul who has single handedly become the dominant player in selling PT in luxury apartment buildings. This is a great opportunity to work directly with one of the industry's most successful entrepreneurs.
