Hi-Speed Industrial Service is seeking an administrative coordinator to provide support to our Millington Hoist Team. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team, has the ability to multi-task while maintaining complex schedules in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail oriented, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key in this position.
Having solid experience in creating jobs, generating and collecting PO's, generating requisitions, working up jobs for invoicing, CRM, verifying costs applied to job, apply material changes, proactive customer / sales updates, customer / vendor portal management and labor reporting is essential to the success of this role.
This is a key position playing a critical role in keeping the hoist office positive, welcoming and productive while interacting with all staff levels at Hi-Speed and with customers and clients.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams, and the ability to learn new processes quickly is a must. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral and have the desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
