Job Description:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Hi-Tec Machine Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of manufactured parts by programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the programming and operation of CMMs to ensure accurate measurements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve quality processes.
Requirements
- Experience with CMM programming (preferably MCOSMOS C1).
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality standards.
