Job Description:
We are seeking a Precision Measurement Engineer to join our team at Hi-Tec Machine Corp. The ideal candidate will have experience with CMM programming and operation, as well as strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- CMM Programming & Operation:
- Develop and optimize CMM programs using MCOSMOS C1 or similar software.
- Operate CMMs to perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
- Analyze measurement results and generate detailed inspection reports.
- Quality Assurance & Inspection:
- Inspect complex geometric parts using CMMs and manual measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with GD&T standards and engineering drawings.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conforming parts.
