Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance / CMM Programmer to join our team at Hi-Tec Machine Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of manufactured parts by programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
Main Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints and create inspection programs using MCOSMOS C1 or similar software.
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections using CMMs.
- Analyze measurement results and generate detailed inspection reports.
Requirements
- Experience with CMM programming (preferably MCOSMOS C1).
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality standards.
