Responsibilities:
· Obtain primary financial data for accounting records.
· Compute and record numerical data.
· Check the accuracy of business transactions.
· Perform data entry and administrative duties.
· Enter all transactions for A/R and A/P.
· Bank and credit card reconciliations.
· General office clerical duties.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years QuickBooks Desktop experience.
· Must have 2-5 years accounting experience with basic knowledge of A/R and A/P including the ability to perform weekly bank and credit card reconciliations.
· Proficient in all Microsoft Suite applications.
· Attention to detail and good communication skills are a must.
· Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields.
· Ability to prioritize and multitask.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Deadline and detail oriented.
