Automotive Service Advisor

Hi Tech Auto & Fleet, We have an Automotive Service Advisor position open for the right person. We are a well established, Automotive Repair Shop in the Sacramento area and we are now interviewing quality individuals to join our successful team. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, a strong leader, and someone that understands the importance of strong relationships with their customers and co-workers. Someone with a strong range of knowledge in the automotive industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Positive attitude with team work personality and self motivator
• Filing and organization skills
• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice matches the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
• Follow up with Customers
• Other Responsibilities will apply

Requirements

• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Organized and friendly personality
• Professional presentation
• High school diploma or GED ( College Preferred & certifications Preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Holman, Tekmetric, Auto intergrate, Alldata are applications that are used
