What you will do:
As a Sales BDC Agent, you'll play a critical role in connection with potential Audi customers and driving traffic to our state-of-the-art showroom. Your Mission is to ensure every customer interaction reflects the quality and prestige of the Audi brand. You will be immersed in the latest technology in the automotive sector. The Key responsibilities include:
- Handle incoming leads: Respond to inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Engage and Build Relationships: Create a positive and lasting impression by providing detailed information about Audi's exceptional vehicles and addressing customer questions.
- Making outbound and inbound phone calls: Proactively follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and confirm interest. Handle incoming calls with a focus on delivering world-class customer service.
- Collaborate on Negotiations: Work closely with the sales and sales management team to help negotiate and finalize deals that meet customers' needs and align with dealerships goals.
- Maintain CRM Accuracy: Keep detailed and organized records of all customers interactions, follow-ups, and status updates in our CRM (VinSolutions).
- Drive Traffic to the Dealership: Schedule test drives and showroom visits, ensuring a seamless transition for customers to experience Audi's premium vehicle in person.
What we are looking for:
- An enthusiastic, customer-focused professional with a passion for luxury automobiles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- Confidence in working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center roll
- Proficiency in using CRM Systems and basic computer applications
