What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audi North Austin - Sales Porter position at Hi Tech Automotive Group?
Job Summary:
Sales Porters relocate and reposition vehicles on the sales lot.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist sales staff with locating, retrieving, and moving vehicles as needed.
- Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Fills deliveries or demos with gas.
- Makes key tags for vehicles.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to carry out detailed written, oral, or diagramed instructions.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Education and Experience:
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- May lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Frequent reaching, bending, squatting, pulling and lifting.
