What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maserati / Alfa Romeo - Warranty Administrator position at Hi Tech Automotive Group?
Maserati / Alfa Romeo is looking for a Warranty Administrator for our dealership in Austin, TX.
Job responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Submitting Warranty claims
- Reviewing Extended Warranty claims
- Some Scanning and filing
- Reviewing Repair orders and making corrections before submission
- Meets with Service Director for updates
- Bentley, Rolls Royce, Astin Martin, or Lotus experience a plus
- Reynolds experience a plus
Dress attire is business wear or a provided polo with dress pants or dress skirts.
We want to provide to our clients the same level of service they would receive at a resort hotel, fine restaurant, or the Country Club.
