- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure all client services meet company standards for quality and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.

- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
