Job Title
A 2nd Shift CNC Laser Operator position is available at Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc., a cutting-edge facility specializing in the production of hot gas path (HGP) components and other aviation and power generation turbine engine parts.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC laser equipment to execute cutting, drilling, welding, and ablation processes.
- Adhere to required policies and procedures, including safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Detect and troubleshoot malfunctions with equipment and processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of laser experience required.
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, aerospace industry strongly preferred.
- BASIC mechanical and mathematical skills as related to machining/manufacturing assignments.
- Troubleshooting/critical thinking skills.
Working Conditions
The shift runs from Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. This is an hourly position with a generous shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and success.
