What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Hi-Wire Brewing?
Hi-Wire Brewing is looking for an enthusiastic bartender to create a meaningful experience in the taproom!
Responsibilities
- Pour Hi-Wire Brewing Beer and serve other beverages for bar patrons.
- Interact with customers to complete transactions.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all beverage regulations.
- Sell To-Go beer curbside.
- Must meet all of Hi-Wire’s non-negotiables.
- Must be an ambitious, highly motivated, change tolerant optimistic beer lover who believes in Hi-Wire’s higher purpose.
- Have fun!
Skills
- Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced bar setting required.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Appreciation of good beer!
