We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and friendly Financial Patient Coordinator to join our orthodontic team. As a Financial Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of patient care, ensuring accurate billing and assisting patients with their financial arrangements. This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and a dedication to providing exceptional service in a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Coordination : Work closely with patients to discuss financial options for their orthodontic treatment, including payment plans, insurance coverage, and other financial arrangements.
• Insurance Verification & Claims : Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and ensure accurate insurance processing.
• Patient Billing & Collections : Manage patient billing, track payments, and work with patients to resolve any outstanding balances or issues with payments.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the front desk, clinical staff, and management to ensure smooth patient flow and effective financial communication.
• Scheduling & Documentation : Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all required documentation is up to date. Assist with scheduling and preparing financial information for consultations and appointments.
• Customer Service : Provide excellent patient service by addressing financial concerns and questions in a clear and compassionate manner.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and practice policies regarding patient confidentiality, billing practices, and insurance procedures.
