What You’ll Do :

  • Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations.
  • Conduct walk-throughs to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
  • Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and cost control measures.
  • Train and develop employees to uphold brand standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns.
  • Recruit, staff, and schedule team members efficiently.
