Main Banker

SUMMARY

The Main Banker reports to the Cage Supervisor. Responsible and accountable for assisting the Cage Supervisor in the complete operation of the Vault. Prepares and processes all bank deposits, increases and exchanges. Responsible for counting and processing daily revenue as well as preparing cash summary reports. Maintains relationships with valued gaming guests. The Main Banker will also perform the job duties of Cage Cashier.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Responsible for accurate control and safekeeping of vault assets and funds.

· Ensures proper implementation of all Company cage policies and procedures.

· Responsible for maintaining adequate operational bankrolls and self- service redemption units.

· Verifies soft count funds accepted into Main Bank accountability.

· Receives slot drop, verifies and processes cage accountability.

· Prepares revenue reports and daily deposit.

· Controls custody and issuance of impressed banks.

· Reviews vault activities with Cage Supervisor and/or Cage Manager.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in casino or banking field is preferred.

· Large volume cash handling experience is required.

· Must be computer literate and have basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills and work ethics.

· Solid organizational skills and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Self-motivated and strong team player.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Bilingual-English/Spanish strongly preferred.

· Must be able to lift 25-35 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to pass drug test, credit check and criminal background in order to obtain State Occupational license. EEO/ Drug Free Workplace
