Hiawatha HomeCare has several immediate opportunities for caring nurses to provide 1 : 1 care for clients in the St. Paul area!
Requirements :
Must have an active RN or LPN license in Minnesota.
No experience necessary! Will train the right candidate!
Position Summary :
Day shifts in Woodbury, caring for an adult male client with a vent / trach.
Day or night shifts in Afton, caring for an adult male client with Dravet Syndrome.
Overnight shifts in St. Paul, caring for an adult female client with Down syndrome complications.
Day shifts in Elko / New Market, caring for an adult male client with a vent / trach.
Pay :
Registered Nurse (RN) : $32.00 - $40.25 per hour (DOE)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) : $25.00 - $31.00 per hour (DOE)
Core Responsibilities :
Provides home care nursing in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
Reports significant changes in the client's condition to the family, RN Clinical Manager, & physician.
Obtains physician orders for changing client care needs.
Maintains accurate & current plan of care, physician's orders, and medication profile for the client.
Charts cares thoroughly & accurately during shift.
Provides advice & support to clients & their families.
