Hiawatha HomeCare has an immediate opportunity for a caring nurse to provide 1:1 care for a pediatric client, located in Menomonie, WI!
SCHEDULE
- 6:30a - 4:30p Mon - Thurs (week 1), then 6:30a - 6:30p Tues-Thurs (week 2)
CLIENT SPECIFICS
- 10 years old
- Spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy
- Vent/Trach
- Seizures
SALARY RANGE
- LPN: $21.00 to $24.50 per hour (DOE)
- RN: $31.00 to $34.50 per hour (DOE)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides home care nursing in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
- Provides advice & support to the client's family.
- Reports significant changes in the client's condition to the family, RN Clinical Manager, & physician.
- Obtains physician orders for changing client care needs.
- Maintains accurate & current plan of care, physician's orders, and medication profile for the client.
- Charts cares thoroughly & accurately during shift.
