Hiawatha HomeCare has immediate opportunities for caring nurses to provide 1:1 care for a pediatric client, located in Menomonie, WI!
Requirements:
- Must have an active RN or LPN license in Wisconsin.
- No experience necessary! Will train the right candidate!
Position Summary:
- You would care for an adorable little boy in his home.
- Full-time, part-time & PRN hours are available.
Pay:
- Registered Nurse (RN): $31.50 - $34.50 per hour, DOE
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $21.50 - $24.50 per hour, DOE
Core Responsibilities:
- Provides home care nursing in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
- Provides advice & support to the client's family.
- Reports significant changes in the client's condition to the family, RN Clinical Manager, & physician.
- Obtains physician orders for changing client care needs.
- Maintains accurate & current plan of care, physician's orders, and medication profile for the client.
- Charts cares thoroughly & accurately during shift.
