Hibbing Salvage & Supply is a growing, premier processor, seller, and recycler of scrap metal of all kinds, is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new sales opportunities.

Responsiblities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Provide customer service and support.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.

Preferred Skills:

  • 3-5 Years in the sales.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with ferrous and non-ferrous materials a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-stop environment.
  • Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn new tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
