Landscape Laborer

Hibbs Lawn & Landscaping, LLC is currently looking for a passionate lawn care and landscape professional to join our company. The position we are hiring for is for a lawn and landscape crew member. You must be able to pass a hair follicle drug screening, and ideally have experience on lawn mowing crews. This company is looking to grow and is looking for the right team members to help take them to the next level. Ideally, experience running lawn mowing crews previously. In the Spring, early summer and fall employees typically work a minimum of 40 hours and can get approved overtime by owner or supervisor which would take them up to 50 hours of work per week. We can fulfill however many hours you are looking for as long as those hours are productive. If you are wanting to get into a company that you can make a long term career at this is the place. We are willing to train the right person.

Pay rate depends on experience. We are looking for the right person who can run a lawn mowing crew - help with spring, fall cleanups and fit in with our company culture.

Responsibilities:

• MUST be able to show up at 7am start time.
• MUST have reliable source of transportation to work every day it is required.
• MUST treat equipment with respect, or let supervisor know if equipment malfunctions or something needs to be addressed on it.
• MUST be willing to assist other team members.
• MUST look professional at all times while on the clock, including wearing Hibbs Lawn uniform.
• MUST be respectful to clients at all times.
• MUST be available to work 8 to 10 hours a day
• MUST be able and willing to work weekends due to weather or workload if necessary

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift 80 to 100 lbs.
• Must be capable of walking on uneven terrain and or slopes.
• Must be able work in extreme weather conditions (extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme wind, rain and or snow)

Education Qualifications:

• At least 2 years related work experience.
