Job Opening – Design Coordinator
The Design Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of design selections. This includes effectively communicating with the homeowners, entering all selection information, estimates & details within our project software, and working with the Hibbs team to ensure seamless collaboration between all parties involved in our projects.
Skills:

· Teamwork mentality with a commitment to collaboration.
· Design software experience a plus.
Duties:
· Attend virtual and in person meetings with vendors and clients.
· Guide homeowners through the selection process.
· Offer clients insight on selection choices and assist them in making educated decisions.
· Manage selections in project management software, generate Change Orders and Purchase Orders.
· Complete product research and compile specifications as needed.
· Organize information for trades and communicate changes with urgency.
· Work with General Manager and Superintendents to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality home builds.
· Work closely with the estimator to populate accurate selection information into the budget.
This can be a full-time or part-time (30 hours) position, and the compensation/benefit package will reflect the hours worked.
